| Dr. Luís Hernán Espinoza Donayre |
| Main shareholder and General Manager of the Law Firm. Dr. Luis Espinoza is a Collegiate Lawyer, Settlement Adjudicator, and Arbitrator. He graduated from “Universidad Mayor de San Marcos”, and has over 35 years of experience as a lawyer and business advisor. He also has a Masters in Corporate Law from ESAN and completed Graduate Social Projects of the Logical Framework approach at the University of Lima, and has taken Courses in Business Law and Urban Transport in Argentina and Brazil. He is also President of the Lima Regional Council of the National Association of Peru Lima Regional Council (ANDAPERU) and has experience in Civil Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial, Criminal, Administrative and Labor Law. He is also Legal Counsel and Board Member of various transport companies which have helped thousands of people throughout the years. |

| Dr. Alberto Rengifo Acuy |
| Associate Attorney of the Law Firm, graduated from “Mayor of San Marcos University” and received a Masters in Civil Law. He has over 30 years experience in the market as Corporate Counsel. He has served as Legal Head for 21 years in the insurance company and Defender Rimac International, and has procedural experience in issues of Civil Law, Civil Litigation, Commercial, Administrative, Banking and Financial, Commercial, Insurance and Tax Law. |

| Associate Attorney of the Law Firm. Dr. Honorio Espinoza graduated from “Universidad Mayor de San Marcos”, and has over 35 years of professional experience in State Contracting Law, specializing in Computer Sworn Notary since 1997 (DL No. 681). He is a member of the Technical Committee of Standardization of CTN-63 Digital Microform, member of the Peruvian Cibertribunal - Conflict Resolution TLD.PE cc domain name, President of the Justice Commission of the South American Karate as well as Secretary General of the Peruvian Federation of Karate. |

| Dra. Samantha Espinoza Ita |
Shareholder and Administrative Manager of the Law Firm. Dr. Samantha Espinoza is bilingual (Spanish-English) and has experience helping people from around the world invest in Peruvian property and solve various legal issues. She is a licensed Collegiate Conciliator and Specialized in Family Law. She graduated from the “Universidad San Martin de Porres”, she has work experience at the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property Protection (INDECOPI), and Conciliator Extrajudicial Conciliation Center with San Judas Tadeo. She has experience as a paralegal in various law firms. She works with many types of problems including Civil Law, Civil Litigation, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Attorney Registration Law, Consumer Protection, Competition Law and Commercial Advertising, Intellectual Property Rights (Copyrights, Trademarks). She also does external legal counsel of various companies and television production and artistic events. She is the manager of “Ecran Productions” and a Board Member of the Cultural Association called “Entre Cajas”.
She is a licensed realtor, working directly with costumers here in Peru and from other countries that are making investments in Peru. She is also in the counsel of the business transactions of purchases and sales. |

| Shareholder and Assistant Manager. Brunella Espinoza is Bilingual (Spanish - English) and helps people abroad in their business relations with Peru. She Graduated in International Business Administration from the “Peruvian University of Applied Sciences” (UPC), and she has experience in the Trade Area International Clinic. She is also Assistant Branch Manager at Shell USA, Marketing Manager of the company G6E, and has studied Internet Marketing at the Peruvian Institute of Marketing (IPM). She also carries out the daily activities of the Real Estate Department helping people buy, sell, and develop their properties. |
